Owner Big Tony

Anthony (Big Tony) was born and raised In West Philly. Attended Overbrook High School and Temple University. Anthony was a partner in a successful catering business for 5 years with Bobby Agnes. Anthony has been eating Philly Cheesesteaks for over 50 years and consider himself an expert on them. Anthony started making his first Philly’s back in 1970. Anthony moved to Houston, Tx in 1995 and later moved to Dallas in 1999. My goal when I moved here to Texas was to open a AUTHENTIC Philly Cheesesteak Shop here in Texas . I opened a Fred’s Downtown Philly Cheesesteaks shop in Allen , June of 2009. He then realized that a need to bring other great food items from Philly in Feb of 2013, Anthony decided to open my own shop called Big Tony’s West Philly Cheesesteaks in Allen Texas.

Big Tony’s has been praised as the best Philly cheesesteak in Allen. Big Tony’s is best known for “You call it Cheesesteak”, we pride ourselves on making any kind of combination cheesesteaks you can think of to make your visit and dinning experience a pleasure. Our bread (Amoroso’s) is flown in from Philly, exceptional steaks quality, over 5 different types of cheese, Gourmet Sodas-Hanks, Tasty Kakes, Italian Water Ice (made in house) Utzs potato chips, and many more items to choose from. We offer a kids menu. Our fresh food is COOKED to order and may take a few minutes. This insures you will received a great meal served right the first time. We are open 6 days a week 11am-9pm closed Sunday’s. Saturday is family day a
